European Money To Facilitate Substantial Enhancement of Developers´Qualifications | 21. 02. 2011

Throughout the year 2010 a project of out-of-Prague developers and programmers´ training was being executed at Asseco Solutions. Its goal consisted above all in providing the knowledge related to impending technologies and used on developing applications. The project „Complex Development of Specific Technical and Technologic Knowledge” was funded by the ESF means via the Human Resources Operation Programme and also by the state budget of the Czech Republic, concretely from the Educa Global Grant.

The selection procedure for the provider of the training, won by GOPAS Computer School, was held in spring 2010. The GOPAS experienced trainers provided training for the Asseco Solutions developers and programmers, focusing on technical and technologic knowledge, from mid-April till late November 2010. Internal professional trainings were organized from mid-July until late November 2010.

 

„Within the framework of the project we undertook to train 80 out-of-Prague employees,” says Jana Novosadová, Asseco Solutions Personnel Director, and adds: „Nevertheless, the total number of the out-of-Prague trained professional staff exceeded 100.”

 

The aim of the entire project lay in making specific education accessible to Asseco Solutions information systems programmers and developers, which represents further enhancement of their professional level. Another important goal of the project is naturally a significant improvement in created products and provided services. A high level of the professional staff means a considerable contribution to the competitiveness of the whole Asseco Solutions.

 

“We consider the project successful and having a positive long-term impact on the qualifications of the trained,” states Ms Novosadová in conclusion.
