Helios Systems Users Saluted by Emperor Napoleon | 19. 06. 2008

Over 1.500 users of the Helios information systems met on Thursday 12 June 2008 at Chateau Slavkov near Brno to enjoy a social event, organized every year by the Helios´ producer, company LCS, for its clients.

This year´s festivities were really abundant. Besides Milan Šteindler and Robert Nebřenský of the Sklep Theatre, which has been sponsored by LCS for a long time, the participants could see performances by many other artists, among them e.g. magus Robert Fox, swordsmen and artistic flower binders. The whole programme was hosted by Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte, who also introduced Stanislav Sýkora, LCS General Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors. After Mr. Sýkora´s speech it was the turn of Count Václav Antonín Kounic, who led the guests through the evening, which featured also a historical fashion show, guided chateau tours and wine degustation. The festive evening was closed by a magnificient water show combined with fireworks.

The annual Helios Systems Users Meeting has had a long tradition. Last year it was held at Chateau Červený Kameň near Bratislava, the previous years at Chateau Troja in Prague or at Špilberk in Brno. Going even further into the history, these meetings usually used to be organized in Prague. There is an ever-growing interest among the Helios systems users to attend these events.
