ASSECO Group to Complete LCS International Acquisition Process | 19. 05. 2008

The company Asseco Czech Republic, which is the Czech pillar of the ASSECO Capital Group, has announced the increment in its stake in LCS International from the existing 55,03% to 95,78%. Thanks to this change the acquisition process, started in May 2007, was completed. Asseco Czech Republic bought this stake from the mother company Asseco Slovakia, which acquired the shares from LCS original owners on the basis of options settled as early as during the initial acquisition.
