FENIX provides information to the staff of an organization within the system, and to agencies and individuals entitled to it by law or by virtue of participation in proceedings related to public administration.
The whole system is based on a core consisting of registers (e.g. Addresses, Persons, Real Estate, Firms), whose data content meets the definition of the Ministry of Informatics of the CR. FENIX provides information to the staff of an organization within the system, and to agencies and individuals entitled to it by law or by virtue of participation in proceedings related to public administration.
FENIX is unique with the number of modules of which there are more than 30 today. All the modules are interconnected and the whole system is designed to prevent acquisition of redundant data and to use and share as much as possible information held in the system.
The modules are closely integrated but the system of links and privileges makes it possible to use individual modules separately according to the concrete configuration and needs. All the benefits of FENIX reveal themselves when the most modules are used. Maximum emphasis was placed in development on full integration.
FENIX supports general outputs in the format .rtf (including document templates, to avoid problems of migration to newer versions of office SW), and .xls for Microsoft Office and other office SW that supports processing of general formats.
